Alexa mini dot?

I had an email or message about a free Alexa mini dot a while ago now. I completed online to say there was a back log, to be sent later but still not received? 

Have Spotify abandoned this now?

Are you referring to the Google Nest Mini offer? If so, when did you sign up, and let me know if you were in a trial period when you signed up, and the payment method you've paid with? It'd also be great to know your country of residence.

No I wasn’t in a trial period, pay via PayPal and in the UK. The process was simple and accepted it. Thanks Dan

Gotcha. If you registered while the offer was available but didn’t get an email yet, sorry about that. Spotify expects to have a limited number of additional devices from Google ready between October and December. If one becomes available for you, Spotify will send you an email with a link to order during that time. Unfortunately, Spotify can't speed up this process, but they are working with Google to deliver more devices as soon as possible.
