Todas as vezes em que abro o spotify no navegador aparece isso, e simplesmente não consigo usar, já no aplicativo fica simplesmente no modo offline e não consigo pesquisar nenhuma música que já esteja em algum playlist (usuário de desktop).

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out 🙂 
For any Web Player-related issues I'd advise clearing your browser's cache & cookies.
You can also try using another browser to see if that would make a difference.

 

And, as for the desktop app, if it's stuck in offline mode, you can click on the three dots -> File -> Offline mode and disable it.
If it's disabled already you can try switching it on and off again.
