Request to please Update New albums & singles section from India New releases page. The section hasn't been updated since last 10-12 weeks. It will be nice to be updated of new releases.

Hey there! We hear you, however new releases are updated as soon as they are approved by the distributor and are licensed to be shown in the respective country or region and to the app.

Do not worry though, Spotify will update the catalogue as expected. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,
The new release section on Spotify has stopped updating in the past few months. It is the same for all devices and users since all my friends are also facing the same issue. It seems to be related to the India location server

The post is 1.5 years old. And the error is still there since the albums are not updating weekly like they used to.
