[All Platforms][Other] Have the same interlocutor when we contact the support center ?

For a gift card issue, I got in contact with the spotify support center a couple of months ago. 

 

Everytime they were getting back to me (about 5 times) it was always someone different .... How am I supposed to the trust the new one who probably doesn't know the issue that I have explained 5 emails ago ?  

 

However, the positive side is that they were all really cool and helpful (they found a solution for me and solved the issue)

 

If we contact the support center, could it be the same person handling the issue from start to end ? That would definitely build the trust ... 

 

P.s : Thanks to the support center, they were my heros for solving my problem !

Hey there @maudevr, welcome to the community!

 

You shouldn't worry, support stays up to date on the details of your case even if it's a different person answering you. Otherwise, I'd imagine it'd take more time and effort to go through every case, on both sides 😉
