[All Platforms] Spotify Pausing On Every Device/Browser. Account Issue?

A week ago spotify would continuously pause music every 10-30 seconds and initially I thought the problem was with my phone, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. It continued to not work, but I shrug it off. I open the PC version of spotify and the issue persists, I also tried using the web browser version of spotify to see if itd make a difference and nothing changed. I tried searching around to fix it by logging myself out of every platform and making sure I'm not on power saver the problem still persists.

You merely have to go to the settings in the app/desktop and deselect "battery saver/data saver".
