[All Platforms]Starred playlist is acting really strange

First off sorry if this isn't in the correct subform, I just clicked on the one that seemed most realevant. Anyways, like the title says, the starded playlist is acting really strange. I first noticed the problem when knew songs weren't apearing on it, then I realised that this wasn't the only issue. It says that I have a deifferant number of songs, and the length of the playlist is differant on every playform, but they all have the same songs. I uncluuded a video I very lasily made if you want to see exactly what is happening.

Thank you for getting back to me. Yes I get the same results from all platforms. None of them have all of my songs I have added to that palylist but they all do have the same select songs on them.
