Hello,

 

I havent logged into my spotify account for 5-10 days and now i see that the playlist are all away. i have already contacted the support but i didnt get an answer. I waited four days but i didnt get an answer i want my playlists back and NOW.

If this doesnt happen this was my last month on the great service spotify where the support is so good.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Just to add to what Josh said (which is correct), if you can't see them available to recover, or if for example your starred list is also gone, it may be the issue outlined here.

As per that linked topic, make sure you're logging into the right account, it's very easy to have both a facebook (email) and Spotify (username) login!

 

If that still doesn't work, you can use the contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply), which is probably the part you haven't done yet if the response you're waiting for is from the form; and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

I waited since november the first and i didnt get answers from the support!!!

Yup, I would imagine if you don't get a response at some stage today, it will be first thing tomorrow. Unfortunately we can't tell exactly when someone will pick the escalation up, but it will definitely be done for you (or else myself and @Joe will go mad for you!).
