This is a normal issue ^^
Mostly it is fixed with a reinstallation and if you want to show support accept it as solution ^^

Here is a kicker. Same thing happened to me on my iPhone. However, I cannot connect my phone to the internet for the time being. Is there any way to resolve this issue without using internet connectivity?
I checked my phone storage section and it seems that all of my downloads are still there but I just don't have access to them.
