All but a few of my albums are gone

I have saved hundreds of albums on Spotify.  Now I only have 72 as albums.  The rest seem to have somehow been converted to playlists, which all seem to be there.   I have no idea how to get them back as saved albums.  Can anyone help? 

I really have no idea when this happened as my husband is the one who usually deals with all things music in our house.  This is an issue on our phones as well as Windows desktop.

Hi there. I'm not entirely understanding what happened. Could you please reply with a screenshot to show what it looks like, and what it should look like?

Also, could you include one or two links to the playlists that used to be saved albums?
