All my Spotify playlist's and my premium account is gone since I disconnected Facebook .

All my Spotify playlist's and my premium account is gone since I disconnected Facebook .

Hey ,

 

I ve disconnected my Facebook from Spotify and now all my Playlists , Starred and my Premium Service is gone . 

Also all my Payment Method History is cleared . 

 

I was always paying with Credit Card . 

 

Ive written a message to the Support but still got no response . 

 

Hopefully someone can help me . Im really dissappointed with the Spotify Support .

 

Thats the ID Number from the Support Mail i wrote : 

# 01054541

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not just post back here 🙂

Ive already read this post but it didnt help . 

The Problem is i dont have a Spotify User Name  . I only can log in to Spotify using my Facebook ...

Can you reply directly to the automated email reply with the case number in it (even if its from no-reply)? 

That will bump your case just to make sure it reaches an advisor.

Try using the recover playlist service. I had the problem where I couldn't connect to Facebook. Try using your Facebook email address and password.

Still got no response from  Customer Service . 

 

I paid for November and i am not able to use the service I paid for...
