All my downloaded music disappeared when i reboot my phone (Galaxy S7)

I am a premium user and I have a lot of downloaded music since I use it constantly. Lately I'm having problems when I restart the phone (Galaxy S7 with 3 months of use).

All downloaded playlists disappear and the music save setting on "SD card" changes to "Internal Storage".

I tried uninstalling the app but nothing solves it.

Anyone know how to solve it?

Hi KazOne,

Please make sure you're not using any "cache cleaners" apps from Google Play (ex.: Clean Master, Power Clean, CCleaner, Cleaner - Boost & Optimize Pro, etc..), such apps can erase revelant data such as your downloaded songs folder.
