All my music and friends have disappeared

This morning my usual account, which I always log in through facebook, seemed to be inexistent. After many problems, I was finally able to log into this account, but suddenly all my music and friends have disappeared. The account is the same as always, but it is completely empty.

I have tried to restore my playlists from the online page, but it says that there has been an error, and to try later.

If anyone knows how to restore my account to how it was, I would be very grateful.

I have a free plan, and use Windows.

Not to worry - it sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page "Can I create multiple accounts?" here for more info.

If you’re definitely logged into the right account, but you’re still not seeing some playlists, I’d suggest reading this Spotify Answer for the correct steps.
