All my music disappearead

My Question or Issue

When i went to open spotify this morning, it told me i had put in wrong password (never usually asks me for one) so i changed it. When i logged in all my playlists that i made are gone and all the ones i had followed have unsaved themselves. Also at least half of the albums i have saved/downloaded have disappeared. Please help!!

Thanks for reaching out to the community!

Sounds like you have created a duplicate account, try disconnecting your Facebook account from Spotify and log back in.

Thanks i tried that already but it didn’t help. I contacted Spotify and
they said they could restore my library from a few days ago but it might
take 48 hours to work. So far some playlists gave returned but none of the
other albums/songs missing (about 50%) from my library have. Will let you
know if that fixes it
