My Question or Issue

I opened the app this morning and all my music has disappeared. All my likes songs have gone, playlists have gone and instead there are someone else’s playlists!

Artists that I’ve never heard of I now follow and yet my daily mixes are still made for me! 

What the **bleep** spotify??

Probably somebody else has access to your account. Change your password. You can also recover your playlists via the account page.

How am I to get back all the songs I had ‘liked’? There were about 1200. I
had hundreds downloaded and now they’re gone. A simple ‘change your
password’ isn’t really going to help

Hi @Jennalouisemary,

I know. But you first have to be sure that no one else can use your account, that's why you have to change your password.

Did you have a look at recover playlists in your account page?
