All my playlists and followers are gone

I use Spotify every day and I had lots of playlists. One day when I opened Spotify everything was just gone. No playlists nor followers, nothing. I don't know if it's because a duplicate account, cause I don't remember if I had a spotify and a facebook account.

How can I get my playlists back?

Hello, @helerin93! Do you use Facebook at all? If so, try signing in using your Facebook credentials & username (not your e-mail address!) and password. See if that works for you!

I tried it and it still doesn't work. I don't even know what kind user I had for the Spotify cause it opened automatically and all my info had been remembered.

I suggest you that you get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to get this sorted out for you. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly.
