All my playlists hace dissapeared!

Hi everybody! I've become a premium member recently and since then, I've been having problems with my playlists. I download them bit, after a few hours, they dissapear from downloads. However, when I open Spotify on another phone, my songs appeared downloaded again; but not on my phone.

What's the problem?

We'd recommend you check out the steps under “Downloads unexpectedly removed” here.

In the meantime, you can try removing all of your offline devices here. Then, you'll need to reinstall Spotify by following these steps. Remember to re-download your playlists over WiFi.
