All my songs have disappeared

Under 'Your Music' when i click on Songs, there is nothing there. All of my songs have disappeared. They were all there yesterday. Help!

Hi @Amstar,

What's your operating system? If it's Windows, here are the steps you should follow:

1 - Uninstall Spotify and remove all folders.
This includes: ~/Library/Caches/com.spotify.Client
~ Represents your home folder.
- Go to Finder and click Go in the top menu.
- If you don’t see Library, hold down Alt on your keyboard.

2 - Ensure any programs with Flash aren't running and perform an uninstall.
- Restart your computer and install Flash again.
- Download and install Spotify.

Note you have to delete the folders in your Library folder as detailed in the instructions: https://support.spotify.com/us/learn-more/faq/#!/article/reinstallation-of-spotify
