All of my music has been removed from "songs" and all playlists deleted

Hi All,

Hope you can help as I have NO idea how to contact customer support about this.

But after having spotify for years and having built up quite a collection, I could no longer log in, I reset my password, logged in and found that all of my songs from "Songs" had been removed and all my playlists deleted.

I realize that I can restore my playlists but the majority of the music I had was places in my songs collection. Which has been replaced with some random tracks....

Pleaase can someone contact me to help me try and restore my account?

Thanks for posting in the community. That must've been quite a shock. Let's see what we can do.

First of, make sure this is the right account. Check if your username is right! Sometimes people accidentially make a second account with Facebook.
