All of my music was deleted and replaced.

All of my music was deleted and replaced.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, and I'll definitely stop paying for my subscription if this isn't figured out soon. Wish I could call or email a tech specialist directly. 

I was having a hard time logging into spotify on my phone, and when I finally was able to my entire library had been deleted and replaced. All new music and albums, none of my originally saved music. My playlists are still intact, somehow.

 

Need this to be reversed asap.

First, check your email address in your profile page to see if it's the correct one.

 

If that's the case, you should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you revert back to how your account was before within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
