All of my playlists are gone

Hello,

 

I need help, because I have a Spotify Premium account and recently I just discovered that all of my playlists, recently played musics, etc ... were gone !! I didn't delete them of course. I don't know what happened ...

I hope there is a chance to recover them ... ?

Just to double check could you check you are logged into the correct account in question: 

 

https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/do-i-have-an-additional-account/

 

And then check what happens when you go to the 'recover playlists option' in this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_basics/can-i-recover-a-deleted-playlist/.

 

If you still need help after this could you let me know what browsers and incognito windows you have tried?

In order to isolate the issue at hand could you take a look at the following:

Hello and thanks for the answer :).

 

I look at the article, but unfortunately it didn't solve my problem.

I'm sure it is the correct account because I have only 1, and I was connected with several devices. My playlists are all gone from all my devices. 😞

Nice ! Thank you so much, your second link solved my problem, I was able to recover all my playlists ! I don't how they end up deleted ...
