All of my playlists are missing

All of my playlists are missing

As of today all of my playlists are gone on my account. Some of these playlists I have had for years and some have just been created in the past few months. I have tried logging in using my email AND with my Facebook to make sure it wasn’t the “double account” thing. No playlists either time. The only change that has happened to my account is I ported over all of my music from Microsoft Groove a couple months ago. That’s it. Can anyone help?? I would really like my playlists back that I have worked on for some time.
