All of my playlists have been deleted

To begin, this is NOT a duplicate issue account, I have logged in and out of my account on all of my players and the issue has not been fixed.

I wake up this morning and ALL of my playlists are gone, except one that I never created.

There's a particular song called 'Ching Chang Chong' from artist Moe Phoenix that has been added as a favourite and to the playlist. I remember seeing this song in my list of added favourites when I never added this song as a favourite. I removed the song from my favourites and today it has reappeared.

Really, really frustrating to have all your playlists disappear. Please help, else I won't have a choice but to opt for a service that doesn't magically added songs to playlists and deletes all of my playlist.
