[All platforms] I can't change my profile picture/Playlist bio/Playlist Picture

My Question or Issue

I tried everything i found on the forum (Deinstalling/Reinstalling etc etc)

Here is the problem 

Yersteday i created a new account to share some playlist with my community

the point is that i can't change my profile picture on my new account 

Note : i can change it on my main account

Same for my playlist picture and bio 

Note : When creating my playlist they just ask for a name and not a photo or a bio

Before Giving You Tips Of Changing Profile Picture Please Make Sure You Have Not Signed Up With Your Facebook Account To Spotify.. If It Is So.. Then You Cannot Change.. For That You Need To Read Spotify and Facebook.

Now, If You Are Not Linked With Facebook.. The Following Is The Way As Mentioned On Newsroom Spotify On 10th March 2020.. 

Just Keep In Mind: You Can’t Upload Any Images That Violate Any Copyright, Trademark, Or Personal Image Rights.

On Android And Ios Smartphones And Tablets:

1. Open Up Your Spotify App. Tap “Home,” Then “Settings”—That’s The Little Gear Icon.

1. Next, Tap “View Profile.” Your Profile Has All Kinds Of Cool Stuff To Check Out, Like Your Recently Played Artists, Followers, And Public Playlists.

1. Then, Tap “Edit Profile.”

1. Select “Change Photo” To Do Just That! 

1. Choose The Picture You Want To Use, And Make Sure It’s A JPEG Or PNG. If You’re An Ios User, Make Sure The Picture Has A File Size Of Less Than 10 MB (But Don’t Sweat It, Most Photos You Take On Your Phone Will Meet Those Requirements).

On Desktop:

1. Click Your Username In The Top Right Corner Of The Desktop App.

1. Hover Your Mouse Over Your Profile Picture And Click “Change.”

1. Select The Picture You Want To Use. Like Mobile, It Must Be A JPEG With A Maximum File Size Of 4 MB.
