All playlists and premium still gone. #00667578

Dear Sir/Madam.

I tried contacting you trough the customer support contact form allmost 2 weeks ago, and I still havent heard from you.

I did get the automated email reply though.

Does it normally take this long to get a responce?

 

All my playlists and premium subscribtion are still gone which is extremely frustrating.

Should I expect you to look into this, or should I start making new playlists?

Hey there, thanks for posting. It's a little confusing but replying back to that automated response sends your email to one of our support guys. But no worries, I've just answered that case of yours personally. If you reply back to it you'll get a response a lot quicker, promise!
