My Question or Issue
I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

Hey everyone,
We've passed your details on to the right team for further investigation. In the meantime, we highly recommend that you try a reinstall from the Play store whenever it's convenient to you, as that has been the confirmed fix for the issues you're experiencing.
The Community is here if there's anything else you need assistance with.

I actually just managed to fix mine after days of frustration!
I went to Settings and Privacy > Data-saving and Offline > cleared cache, then changed storage location from SD card to Device storage; and poof, all my playlists are back!

Hi there, and welcome to the Community!
Have you subscribed to Premium recently?
Anyway, my first suggestion is that you log out all devices and log back in, preferably on the device where you're experiencing the issue.
You can also clear cache and data. On mobile devices, go to your device's settings, navigate to the Spotify app settings and clear cache and data. Restart the app and check if the issue persists.
Reinstalling the latest version of Spotify might help as well.
Finally, trying on a different device (log into your Spotify account on a different device to see if the issue persists) can help determine if the problem is device-specific.
Let me know how it goes!

My Question or Issue
I am having the same issue where I can't play songs on my phone but it's fine on my laptop. I have updated my country on my account to the same country I am in. I have also re-installed the app on my phone but it's still not working. Please help!
I am in Android and all of my playlists including liked songs are empty/missing.
My Question or Issue
There is no music in the app. All playlists, including Spotify created lists, are empty. Searching does not bring up any artists or music, only playlists, that upon clicking appear empty. I have logged in to another account and got the same thing. I have tried logging out and back in again, clearing the cache, deleting the app and data from my phone and reinstalling it. Nothing works. I am also able to log in to the web player on my phone and see playlists that appear empty but upon clicking the playlist play button it plays music but you can't select any particular song just where the playlists picks from
.
Help! My Spotify playlists disappeared after updating the app (Android, free account). I didn’t delete anything the playlists are empty, but the songs still exist in my library. Tried restarting the app, but no luck. Any fixes? Thanks!
I think I have finally found a solution!
The problem is related to the bluetooth connection. When I connect my phone to headphones or a car via bluetooth, the problem with playlists occurs.
So, here's the solution:
1. Uninstall the app (or completely clear the data)
2. When you start the app for the first time, it will ask you to give "Nearby devices" permission (or something like "Scan for the nearby devices").
Allow that and the problem shoud be solved.
Cheers
