I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

We've passed your details on to the right team for further investigation. In the meantime, we highly recommend that you try a reinstall from the Play store whenever it's convenient to you, as that has been the confirmed fix for the issues you're experiencing.

my playlist are still empty.

I have same problem... everything started last week. When I wanted to listen music all my track, playlist, episodes everything were missing. I thought it was because of update that I had to update App but no. I waited for few hour and It turned back normally. Next day it started over and can't listen music for weeks. Because of that im using different platform but I still have Spotify And hoping this bug will be fixed. I wanted to contact support but I don't know where, how. At least I know I'm not alone having this kind of problem. I did everything but can't help it.

Hola, hace unos días mi Spotify me empezó a decir que estoy en el extranjero pero eso es mentira, no he viajado nunca, cambie la contraseña y me sirvió pero desde ese momento ya no me aparen las canciones, volví a cambiar la contraseña y me sirvió como por dos días pero hoy que me metí otra vez ya no me aparen las canciones y me meto en un artista que sigo y aparece como si no tuviera canciones, no tengo vpn, es raro y no estoy fuera de la ciudad y no he estado en el extranjero, ya desinstale la aplicación, la volví a instalar, borre los datos de la aplicación, no he ni internet, no se que hacer para no perder mis canciones

Same here all the playlists are empty, even the public ones and the discoveries. 

I also tried to uninstall and delete all the files from my phone but nothing, I have a samsung.

Instead on iphone, I tried to log in with the same account and everything works normal

You move post here, ok, nearly a week after still no fix.

I kneeled and created a new account, and now even the new account has the same issue.

Spotify PLEASE FIX**bleep** if this is how you expect people to buy premium I have no idea what is going on inside your heads.

Since yesterday my account on my personal smartphone has been reactivated but as soon as I log in I get a notification that I have 14 days to change the country in my profile. Should I expect new surprises?

it also doesnt work for me. i just got a new phone and I am logged in to my account, but when I play anything, it just doesn't make any noise. it isn't my audio either, since SoundCloud works. i am on iPhone 13 on ios 18.5 with the latest spotify update, 9.0.52 . another weird thing is that it works on my web, but not any of my phones.

It's been a while but basically it doesn't show my recent playlists on the home page and in all the playlists official or not it says no content shown and when I play a song it just skips until infinity. It was like this before but it kind of fixed with an update and now it's broken again.

Hi, I don't know if they solved the problem for me. The registered country in my account is Colombia. I tried to change it but it won't let me. The thing is, I haven't left Colombia. What do I do?

Hello, but why do I get that message, if I haven't had a premium account and I haven't left the country, nor do I know my neighborhood, the thing is that it doesn't let me change the country either, it only shows the country that I put Create the account

It doesnt matter the app doesnt work even when you change the country.
Please fix this. Is incredible that no one from Spotify help with this

Hi everyone.

My liked songs are empty and I see no playlists. Please, don't tell me to reinstall, do the quick reinstall, clean reinstall, delete cache, restart. I already did multiple times. How can I solve?

 

My playlist isn't working (empty) and can't find any songs.
