I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

my playlist are still empty.
I have same problem... everything started last week. When I wanted to listen music all my track, playlist, episodes everything were missing. I thought it was because of update that I had to update App but no. I waited for few hour and It turned back normally. Next day it started over and can't listen music for weeks. Because of that im using different platform but I still have Spotify And hoping this bug will be fixed. I wanted to contact support but I don't know where, how. At least I know I'm not alone having this kind of problem. I did everything but can't help it.

Same here all the playlists are empty, even the public ones and the discoveries.
I also tried to uninstall and delete all the files from my phone but nothing, I have a samsung.
Instead on iphone, I tried to log in with the same account and everything works normal

it also doesnt work for me. i just got a new phone and I am logged in to my account, but when I play anything, it just doesn't make any noise. it isn't my audio either, since SoundCloud works. i am on iPhone 13 on ios 18.5 with the latest spotify update, 9.0.52 . another weird thing is that it works on my web, but not any of my phones.

It's been a while but basically it doesn't show my recent playlists on the home page and in all the playlists official or not it says no content shown and when I play a song it just skips until infinity. It was like this before but it kind of fixed with an update and now it's broken again.
