My Question or Issue
I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

If you haven't already, make sure to uninstall the app and redownload it from Google Play. This will ensure you're running the latest version of the app, which solves many playback issues such as the ones mentioned here.

Thanks for all your replies and for the info shared.
In this case, if you haven't, we'd suggest you perform a clean reinstall of the app to make sure the stored cache is leading to this behavior. After that, redownload the app from Google Play to ensure you're running the latest version available.
If the above doesn't do the trick, make sure to follow the steps mentioned by @OscarDC here. Keep in mind that if you have a free account, you need to update the country registered on your account to the one you're currently located in for the app to work properly.

Playstore app fine
I have the same problem. Been reinstalling, changing wifi(network), restarted my phone, changed the country, did a clean uninstall.... nothing works. On my pc it works perfectly fine, but as soon as I change the output to my phone, it just stops playing.
I am also encountering this issue. Browser and PC version works but mobile app only shows me empty playlists.
Just for a bit of extra information, somehow when i signed into my other account i could play everything, no errors, nothing. Maybe it's account bound, or you have to sign out of everything else before it is fixed. Main account is still broken🙄
I tried switching over to a different account but all my playlists are empty saying "*blank* songs will appear here" but ive tried almost everything and it doesnt help, also when i try to play songs they appear for a second before disappearing again
Sorry guys but you are not helping at all, you just continue repeating a solution that don't work at all, this is clearly a major issue or bug, so just report it to the dev department pls.

I cleaned, uninstalled, installed ect a few times and still got my Spotify empty on app while it's working on web.
Surprisingly all worked fine when I opened a new account (lost all my Liked songs)
So it's not an app issue.
Spotify working as intended: challenge impossible. I never had so much trouble with any other app lol
It's absolutely horrible that the Spotify mods here mark a solution when the solution doesn't work. I use music to cope with negative feelings, and right now I can't do that. My current ideation of negative behaviours is spotifys fault for not fixing the app that I use to cope.
The fixes they're claiming that work are not working and it's actually disgusting that they repeatedly say that reinstalling or changing region works.
This solution didn't work, please report the issue to dev, we are many in this case.
I did however just discover that if you go to settings and turn on "show unplayable songs" the songs reappear but they can't be played

Real thing. I just made a new account and it works just fine on phone. So they maybe flagged a few accounts or something?
Thing is spotify should not be "flagging" accounts. Even my ancient forgotten account works so I'm guessing all the free accs that no one was logged in at the time that thing happened work, not just new ones. But I refuse to migrate my acc just because no one is fixing anything. 😕
