I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

I am trying to access the playlists I've created, or really any playlist at all, on my android and they're all empty. Just blank. It literally says "Your likes songs will appear here." or "Let's start building your playlist" or "The tracks on this release are not available." On EVERY playlist, does not matter who it was made by or when, they're all empty on mobile. They're just fine on my laptop or computer, all the songs are there and load up just fine. This happened right after canceling my premium. Not only makes it impossible to listen to my saved songs on mobile, but makes me not want to use Spotify AT ALL. And the fact that there's no support chat or phone #? Hate this platform now.
I had to search the name of said playlist I was looking for and all my playlists showed up so I had to add them to my account. I was starting to think I used a different email but I double checked before I started my premium subscription so I wouldn’t lose my playlists..
Adding my name to the list of people who can't see any tracks in their playlist. Tried all the various things in this thread to no avail.

Hi,
My spotify worked a month ago on my phone and then suddenly said that my playlists are empty ,that the songs were not available in my country, that I discovered a premium function,.... . I tried everything. Clear cache, delete app data,Deleted the folder containing spotify. Delete the app and reinstalled it. But I keep getting troubles. Anyone knows how to fix this? It works in the web version but not in the app.

I just switched to Free from a Premium account and all my play lists are empty! Is this normal? I thought you could have playlists with Free account...
If you are using modded Spotify, it's an issue with the version release, and you need a different version.

My spotify app on my does not have any music in any playlist comma I cannot search music or listen to any music. Is any time I open a Playlist it says that it is Empty. I have reinstalled the app Is made more space on my phone Logged in and out multiple times. Nothing seems to help. My accounts work on all of my devices. I have a cat s22 flip. Spotify was working, Then stopped suddenly a few days ago.

So I had this issue today and updated, reinstalled, everything else here, and I've always logged in "with email" but I guess since I have a google account it's forcing the "log in with Google" option now in case that helps someone else 💖
Funny how all the fixes don't work. "Do a full clean install"... I've done multiple, following the guide Spotify employees link to... "Change your location in your account settings"... There's only one option: USA. *looks out my window* Yep, that's still my backyard in here in the States. Fix your garbage, because the seas are looking fresh for plundering again these days.
I have also been having this issue. Someone in customer service literally walked me through reinstalling and following all of the relevant steps and nothing. Deeply upset. I can't even log in. And when I go to update my country on the web, the only option is USA, which is already set as and where I am located. I've never used Spotify outside of the US. To say this is infuriating is putting it mildly.
Lol tbf I heard that the whole reason this happened is because they've been trying to fight piracy and **bleep**ed it.
I have done all of this and still have no music and no playlists. I don’t use a VPN either. Super frustrating
