hello there,
i blocked all apps on facebook to stop these anoying game app requests. after that my spotify account disconected on all devices. if i try to log in with my facebook account again all my playlists and stuff are gone. also i´m not premium anymore. Is there a way to get my playlists back? is my premium account gone now? what about the time i payed for the rest of the month?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂
You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you back to your account. The Spotify app on Facebook is required as it maps your Facebook login to your "real" Spotify account behind the scenes.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Nice suggestion - only drawback: Support never answers !! This marvellous support form and the strange idea to answer to a noreply-mailaddress only seems to shoot your supportrequests into a deep black hole ... Of course they will continue charging for the premium account that you can no longer use ...

my problem is the following:
I cannot access my original Spotify-account (userid 1129710364, premium user) any more, because everytime i logon with my account, i am connected to userid 11143022128, which is a free account. Also my playlists and favorite music are connected to the old premium user, which i cannot access any more.
The issue seems to be linked tot he fact, that my username in both cases is my mailaddress, which is also my username in facebook.
What i would expect: Restore my Premium-account, delete the other one.

Hey @staga -- sorry for the slow reply but that case is now with the right folks. They'll be in touch as soon as they can. To speed things along, feel free to reply back to the automated response you got (the email with the case # in it) with your PayPal Billing ID/order ID from a Premium receipt, but there's no need to submit a new ticket via the contact form.
