I am a softaware developer and a premium member of spotify for years now.
Past few days I was testing your API, registered a home-usage app for my account, by which I could better maintain my playlists.
Just today I noticed that
- all folders are existing
- not a single playlist exist
even on my mobile where I have offline content.
I have only been using 'Authentication' routes and 'GetPlaylist' after i set everything up. I could see my playlists in a batch of 50 results as API defines.

As a premium member, I would really much like to resolve this issue as soon as possible, and get my music back in my playlists!
Hopefully you can verify my API usage through logs and confirm I haven't deleted my stuff by acciddent.
nb: i have shazam and fip-radio spotify auto-sync that used to work properly by now.
I hope you will flag my issue with very high importance!

@dsiskov, sorry for that broken link. Maybe you can use this tool made by Spotify to recover your deleted playlists, that might help.

Hello @dsiskov!
I’d suggest reading this Spotify Answer for the correct steps.
If that doesn't work... Can you let me know:
- Does the same thing happen on the web player?
- Do your account's country settings match your current location? It's worth checking this out, just in case.
- Also, are you using a VPN? If so it's possible this could be interfering with things.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted, Jose 🙂
