All playlists disappeared as well as premium

All playlists disappeared as well as premium

I believe I have fallen victim to the dual account issue people have been having because all my playlists are gone and I now no longer have premium. I would appreciate some help because I have contact spotify twice now in the last 2 months and not heard a word back. I'm pretty patient, but that is just way to long and I will definitely be leaving the service if this is not fixed ASAP.

Have you got a case number from the last time you got in touch? It will be in the automated email reply you get to say your case was submitted.
