All playlists disappeared

All playlists disappeared

All playlists disappeared if I login from computer or phone. I am sure that this is the correct account.

According to what you're letting us know, it just might be that you have more than one Spotify account associated to you. If you'd like, you can find some useful information on how to locate additional Spotify accounts on this page.

 

In case you've done a full search and there isn't any other accounts associated to you, our best suggestion would be to check if the playlists you're mentioning are listed in the Recover playlists section of your Spotify account.

 

If there aren't any playlists there, we'd recommend that you reinstall the app on both of your devices with these steps.
