All playlists gone

Hey,

Because some songs were not playing, I logged out and logged in again (Windows).

After that, all my playlists were gone.

So I looked in account overview in "recover playlists", but it was empty.

So I restored a Windows backup from yesterday and now all playlists are back, but only local.

On my phone all playlists are still gone. If I log out and log in again on my PC, the playlists are also gone.

Is there any way to sync my playlists back to my account?

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Please use this help guide to make sure you entering the right account with the right details.

In addition, such actions aren't suppose to effect your playlists or have them removed or deleted, that's way use this help guide on accounts that might have been hacked just as an extra saftey step.
