Already have my own premium, how to swap to family on my dad's account?

Currently I have a Spotify premium account. However, it would cost less when I would have an account via a 'family-account' my dad would take. What is the easiest way to switch between these accounts, having as few as possible days the status of a free account?

If you sign up for the Family account you will have no days of free and your premium will be instantly activated 🙂

So if I have premium already and just got charged $12.99 if I swap to family will I be charged $19.99 now?
