Already have premium account but I'm not a student and want to add my nus

I already have a Spotify account that has premium but I'm now a student and have an NUS card. I clicked on the NUS Card premium link and put in my card number and my date of birthday, clicked submit and then it said 'oops something went wrong'. I have only just got this card so there should be nothing wrong with the number and my DOB is correct. Can someone help.
