Already paid for Premium but still saying i need to validate my data

Hi the problem with my spotify is that i had to pay my monthly fee of premium but i stopped using the card that i registered for my billing information, after my month was about to expire i used other credit card and updated my billing information with that new one, the charge was made and in my user info it says that i have premium until 12/12/2015 but my spotify players keeps telling me that i need to update my billing info and i got an email saying that i had to pay for the premium service within 2 days or else i will lose my service eventhough i already paid the past november 12th, help me out here

 

i'm from mexico so my service and languaje is in spanish, im attaching some screencaps of my player with the banner and the info my billing info says about my accountspotify bannerspotify paid

Have you tried logging out of the Spotify app, and then logging back in?

 

Does that help out at all?

Well the banner is gone for now, i hope this will fix this anyway thanks! 😄
