Already used trial and want to pay

Alright, so I've used the sale on Spotify that was the 3 months for $1.99 and that was considered a "promotion" so now I'm trying to actually buy premium for the $10.99/month but when I ever I click on the offer it attaches a 30 day trial but when ever I try and purchase that the transaction doesn't go through because the 30 day free trial is also a promotion, I'm just trying to get premium, i don't care about the trial . And I don't don't wanna pay the $199/year deal....any help would be very much appreciated thanks!
