Am not able to change credit card information

I have had Premium Spotify for years. For some reason, which the bank can not answer for me, they denied October's monthly Premium fee. So I have been trying for over a week now to change my cc info with Spotify and keep my Spotify Premium status before it expires. I have tried 4 different cards and as soon as I enter the information and hit enter it quickly says that it cannot use the card. What in the world is going on? Please help as I am a day away from losing my Spotify account! Thank you so much!

I would suggest you to get in touch with Spotify so they can sort this out for you.
