Am not receiving password reset email to yahoo email

I have reactivated my yahoo email that is linked to my spotify account. Am requesting a password reset email and not getting one. Ive checked all folders and nothing.

Are you receiving some confirmation for your password reset?

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

Ive tried with 3 different browsers, and opened a private window and I still dont get a password reset email

• Delete some emails from your inbox (if possible)

I ended up having to contact the live customer support. Problem was resolved.
