Hello Spotify,

 

I love Spotify btw. I just am starting to get extremely frutrated. I have made three accounts, and within a month, all are telling me I have to upgrade or update my profile because I have changed countries. Since I don't want to update, I have tried to go into my settings and change the country. The only one that shows is the USA. I always use the same device and can guarantee, I have never been in the States with my Spotify account. I just want to listen to Spotify. If you don't answer back, I will probably have to make a fourth account. I really don't want to do that.

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
