Amex card does not work

Hello, I have been trying to get premium for a week now, but my card keeps getting rejected. I know that everything about the card is okay, payment wise. But it gets rejected all the time.. Is it an Amex problem? Because it is the only card I have. Btw, I am from Brazil and it is my father's card if that changes anything.

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
