An erroneous account appeared.

Hi

Sometime in the last month a random account appeared and it seemed I had lost all of my playlists.

I have no found this old account with all my playlists and have no idea where the other account came from.

When setting up this new account as I presumed the old one was lost I redeemed a uni days discount code and now cannot get it to switch to my old account. (This one)

Please could you sort this for me.

Hi. If you contact the account team they can help get this sorted. Just be clear as to what you need.

 

If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.

The 3 options thing is pretty dreadful, but have sent a message off. Here's hoping.

Keep an eye out for that automated mail - they sometimes end up in the spam folder.

Yup and if you don't hear within 24 hours, please post the case number from that email here and I'll chase it uo for you.
