[Android] Android TV app allows random people to login without code in my dorm

I’m using Spotify on my nvidia shield TV and just today this random account keep trolling me by connecting to the app and casting songs. I managed to get the name and profile of the account. If there is a way to get him banned please do so. I don’t know how he’s getting in. Dorm networks are separated per room.
