Another Google Home Mini Question - New Premium Member

I just signed up for premium. At first it was a 30 day free trial, but I wanted the google home mini, so I upgraded to premium (not the trial), but never got any code or instructions on how to get the mini.

Ok, now I'm really upset. I had signed up for the $9.99 per month, then when I followed the links from the main Premium page, it said I wasn't eliglible and that I needed to sign up for the full year, so I did and I STILL haven't received anything for the google home mini.
