Another account listed as creator of my playlists/songs not on my playlist

My playlists show that they were created by someone else. I can't figure out how to change it. Also, if I'm playing a playlist that should belong to me, songs that aren't on the playlist keeping playing. I would like to get my lists back and whoever is now listed off, as well as have my music playing. I've attached a picture of a playlist that says created by 22site...... rather than my name. I've also attached another picture that shows my playlists, but a song that started playing that's not one of mine.
