Sorry Spotify but if you can't make this simple why should I have to trawl through pages and pages and pages to find the answer. I have gone through umpteen FAQ pages on the community forum but not yet seen anything helpful.
We moved house but I didn't correct the address details before switching to Family and now I can't correct them against my account. I've followed the FAQ advice and cancelled the Family subscription but still no joy.
Any suggestions here?
I'm also curious on the reason for the "need" to cancel a subscription to change the address as to be honest it looks like nothing more than lazy development.
If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
