Another user activity showing on my account

Hello. Lately there has been some strange activity on my account. At first, I thought someone could have hacked me, but I looked at the devices connected to my account and they were all mine. When I logged in to Facebook last month, a person from India had sent me a print screen (attached photo) from his phone showing that my Spotify activity was showing up for him. Because of this, my recommendations haven’t been to my taste, and random playlists appear on my “Recently listened to”. I don’t know what to do. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
