Another user is connecting to my Spotfiy mobile version

My Question or Issue

An unidentified device (Chrome webplayer) is getting connected to my phone and takes over my Spotify. I assume the other person is having the same problem as me now? 

- I have reset my password and signed out everywhere. Noone else has ever had access to my Spotify.

- I am not using a webplayer

 - Has never happened before

I have the same proble and that web chrome player had been listening to horrible music
