Another user is using my account

Hello Spotify


I have an account which is continously being used by another user. I have tried everything: Logging out of my Facebook, changing Facebook password, set device password, sign out everywhere and still, ever so often, my account - which i have had for years - is being used by someon else.


Could someone look into this matter for me, as this is becoming incredibly annoying.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.


Support usually replies within 24-48 hours, sometimes even faster.
