I am unable to make phone calls on my mobile as Optus has told me that I have insufficient funds due to Spotify charging me a $26.79 fee at 4.23am on 25th October 2016. I would like to know how, why and what Spotify has charged me for as I use the Free Spotify service. I have not made any purchases with Spotify and I was not awake at the time I was charged. Also on the Optus network, Spotify playback is a free service. I have been deducted $26.79 from my optus service and I would like some insight and a resolution to this problem!
